Excellent Customer service experience- above & beyond! I made my purchase with kosigam, bought myself two sarees, one was a beautiful vibrant purple self design silk saree that I always wanted to own & a fancy saree. They helped me with the purchase of saree answering all my questions patiently, and through to engaging with their stitching team to make sure my blouse was made to perfection. When the sarees were delivered I was surprised with a cute little potli bag as a gift to match my saree. Also the packaging was really good. Saree was so beautiful, easy to drape and blouse was stitched to perfection. I ordered this saree for my daughters birthday and she made sure I got it delivered on time. They also sent me a refund voucher including the stitching charges as the other fancy saree had few stitches worn out on the edges.
