Return and Exchange Policy

In general, please note the following are not considered a defect and will not be accepted for return or exchange.

  • Dye 'bleeding' onto the pallu from the body - this is common in all handloom  silk sarees.
  • The original product colour may slightly vary from the website pictures due to the use of digital cameras.

Return Policy

We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return, only in case of a damaged product. 

Kindly make sure the Product and its Packaging should be in its original condition as recieved (should be unused, unaltered, unsoiled). 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at kosigamprivatelimited@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping address, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. The shipping charges for return will be not at our expense.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item by using the gift voucher or discount code we will send to you for the product value if your return was accepted after examining the item.
